Where’s the evidence…Oh, There is NONE!

Importantly, there was…

1. no inculpatory DNA evidence;
2. no admission or confession made by Petitioner;
3. no video evidence to harm Petitioner;
4. no child pornography connected to Petitioner; and
5. no scientific or medical evidence to support these allegations against Petitioner.

Ms Zerbarini’s false allegations and wrongly targeting Petitioner in acts he is not responsible spun around Ms. Zerbarini’s desire and motivation to divorce Petitioner, gain sole custody of their children; and crush Petitioner forever as payback for his alleged extramarital affair.
