In contradiction to the allegations, we have an honest man with years of established integrity and honesty. Mr Tom Zerbarini has no criminal history, or deviancy whatsoever. Mr. Zerbarini is a respected Airline Pilot and upstanding citizen.
In fact, Mr. Zerbarini freely agreed to be analyzed and exposed to a battery of intrusive tests. Tom voluntarily took a Forensic Psycho-sexual evaluation and Polygraph examinations to which Tom passed. The results showed Tom has no deviancey, no deviant interest in children, Tom is not a sexul predator. During the polygraph (lie detector test) Tom was proven completely honest when asked direct questions about the false allegations originated by Ms Lynne Zerbarini.
The tragedy of this case is that the investigators/prosecutors discarded and ignored the competent and independent information available that would exhonorate Mr Tom Zerbarini. They didn’t care becuase it did not support their biased theory of the case. They actually sought to eliminate this and other exculpatory non-cumulative evidence and credibility report.
Tom has agreed to share these very personal and private examinations. The entire scope of these false allegations are embarrassing, slanderous and hurtful to Mr. Zerbarini and his children; he wishes to share and prove his innocence to everyone:
Forensic Polygraph Examination
A quantative test data analysis was conducted using the 3-point scoring criteria established by the National Center for Credibility Assessment which clearly reflected No-Deception Indicated. For diagnostic accuracy the test data for Thomas E. Zerbarini were compared to statistical norms and optimal cut scores under the decision policies of the Emperical Scoring System. The accumulative scores reflected a grand total score of +25 with p-value less than .001, resulting in a criterion decision accuracy exceeding 99% and the possibility of error less than 0.1%.
The forensic credibility assessment and scientific analysis of the psychophysiological data clearly and conclusively reflected No Deception Indicated by the examinee (Mr Zerbarini) in his denial of the allegations reported by his wife, Ms Lynne A. Zerbarini.

Forensic Psychosexual Examination
The results of this evaluation are conclusive and compelling. The fndings of this evaluation are that Mr Zerbarini is not a pedophile, does not have a mental disorder that may have contributed to him engaging in alleged sexual molestation, is not in need of specialized sex offender treatment, and represents, in my professional opinion, a low sexual risk to the community.
