Nobody wants to be in court for the Holidays...
During the meal break on Friday December 15th members of the jury were questioning the possibility of being released for the Holidays and Holiday travel plans for that weekend…the judge denied all requests to be dismissed or replaced, in a cutting comment back to the bailif the judge threatened to have them all “stay until this case was decided even if that took them through Christmas.”
“The jury deliberated on December 14, 2017 between 3:43 p.m. and 6:23 p.m.; and continued on December 15, 2017 between 9:59 a.m. and 3:05 p.m., between 4:22 p.m. and 4:57 p.m., and between 5:10 p.m. and 6:02 p.m. …”
